Administrative Assistant 5075 – SRS

 

Our client, an innovative and dynamic bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, committed into delivering products on the market over the next 5 years, is looking an Administrative Assistant for a 12 x month contract role based in Basel.

 

Your experience in a similar role, supporting medical departments in a multinational company within the Pharmaceutical /Biotech Industry would be an essential requirement for this role.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Administrative support to Head of Medical Affairs EUCAN and Head of Commercial EUCAN Region

Coordinating of administrative activities and projects, such as the organization of internal and external meetings including, advisory boards, business events, travel and expense management

Supporting in personnel administration tasks, e.g. absence management, etc.

Assisting in procurement activities, including vendor management

Participating in relevant meetings, take minutes, and drive administrative actions

Independently and pro-actively approach administrative tasks and regularly provide status updates to key stakeholders

Ad hoc Project assistance

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required

Commercial education or similar

Efficient and effective verbal and written communication skills in English and German

Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Office tools and ideally financial software (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Concur)

Ability to prioritize, dealing with changing priorities and workload

Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
