Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world. 

We are currently looking for a:

Global Artwork Operational Specialist

for 12 months contract based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain regulatory compliant artwork for digital and printed material;
  • Independently design Artwork for labelling package (I-II-III-IV-V) in line with regulatory requirements for the geographical region of destination;
  • Improve, sustain and maintain Design Library and corporate standard;
  • Incorporate labelling changes into mock up representations according to corporate needs as well as local needs;
  • Provide, communicate and release approved artwork versions for each project;
  • Perform Proofreading Activities within designed items and ensure conformity of the document;
  • Review designs for errors prior printing or publishing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design;
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Italian nice to have;
  • Minimum 2 years of labelling/artwork experience in the life science industry including both development and commercial pharmaceutical products;
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Power Point, and Printing processes and systems;
  • Strong formatting skills;
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
