Product Support Engineer SoS – 5057

Our client is a leading Medical Technology company in Switzerland. It is headquartered in Central Switzerland and has a global network of production sites, subsidiaries and sales partners. For our clients Technology division, we are looking for a technically experienced Product Support Engineer SoS for a permanent role to be based in Central Switzerland area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the subsidiaries in 2nd level support
  • Analysis, solution finding and coordination within the scope of 3rd level support
  • Coordination with software engineers in the context of complaint management
  • Coordination of the implementation of changes, technical feasibility studies
  • Involvement of experts from other departments, as well as technical discussions with the relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring communication and knowledge transfer in the area of product maintenance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required 
  • Education as IT electrical engineering, microtechnology, technician HF, computer science or equivalent / or several years of experience
