Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world.
For their office in Geneva, we are currently looking for a:
Project Coordinator, Finance
for a contract until the end of the year 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the management of the project on a day-to-day basis.
- Supporting the full end-to-end delivery of the project from initiation through to execution, transition and close.
- Tracking project status and managing the project team to mitigate issues and risks.
- Being in charge of the full integrity of the project management tracker tool.
- Working proactively with the functions that the tool is read to analyze for the next country meetings and highlight any challenges / risks.
- Helping on monitoring the completion of the tasks with each workstream and global functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
- A University degree.
- At ease with MS Office tools, including Excel.
- First experience in project management (Experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition).
- A plus if you worked within in the Life sciences in commercial roles.
