years, we are looking for a

Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

As a software-, hardware- or system-engineer, would you like to move forward? We offer you the opportunity

to gain a solid base in medical technology as a requirements engineer.

Your assignment:

• Support our Product Management to gather the needs and expectations of our customers, to perform user interviews

• Analyse and manage requirements throughout the entire product life cycle

• Create and maintain requirements and specifications on different levels (Stakeholder, Product, Subsystem) and ensure consistency,

structure and traceability between them

• Build trustful communication and collaboration across customers and peers

• Develop and ensure requirement engineering best practices and efficient processes

• Together with Quality and Regulatory Management ensure the implementation of necessary regulatory requirements

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master (BSc/MSc) in Engineering (Electrical-, Mechanical-, Software- or Biomedical) or Life Science

• At least 3 years of working experience in development

• Very good verbal and written English (C1)

• Excellent communication, moderation and organizational skills

• Independent, structured, self-organized, self-motivated, solution oriented and analytical mindset

• Proactive, assertive, empathic fast thinker with people integration abilities

Preferably you also have:

• Experience in requirements or systems engineering, preferably in regulated environment (e.g. medical devices)

• Knowledge of medical regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, 14971, 62304, 62366 and 60601

• Experience in the medical field and hospital workflow

• Further education or training in Requirements Engineering (such as CPRE/IREB)

• Experience with Polarion

• Fluent language skills in German (B2/C1)
