Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a:

Senior Business Project Manager

on a 12-month contract with possibility of extension, based in Basel, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the implementation of a new global electronic Document Management System (eDMS);
  • Collaborating with internal and external providers, to ensure project implementation in scope, on-time and on-budget;
  • Leading and motivating project team, by fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
  • Coordinating and managing the work of cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
  • At least 5 years in software project implementation, with complex eDMS/eQMS or Q processes software/system implementation in a GMP regulated environment, ideally direct with Veeva;
  • Having delivered successfully projects, including the development and implementation of mitigation strategies;
  • Ideally experienced in project management in a CDMO environment;
  • Managing project changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication;
  • Fluent in English and German is a plus.
