Talent Acquisition Specialist – 5949

 

 

We are seeking for an organized and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the Visp based Global Engineering Contingent Workforce Management.

 

This role is an initial 12 months contract with extension. The work location is in Visp, Switzerland, with hybrid flexibility with minimum 30% onsite in Visp.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
  • Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  •  Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing preferably for contingent workers (staff leasing)
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
