Sales Representative Medical Technology Urology South-West (m/f/d) – 6578

The sales area to be served in southern Germany includes Bayern & Baden-Württemberg. The person is responsible for achieving and exceeding annual sales targets for their area. This is achieved through in-depth knowledge, professional management of their own territory, and a customer service focus. The person) reports to the responsible Sales Manager, builds collaborative customer relationships, and generates corresponding sales. Their contacts will include physicians, nursing/surgical staff, medical technology, purchasing, and administration.

Main responsibilities: 

  • The sale and presentation of our disposable products for endourological procedures in hospitals in your sales area.
  • The sale and presentation of our urological systems to various customer groups (e.g. hospitals) in your sales area.
  • The sales area to be served in southern Germany includes the postal code areas 7, 8 and 90 – 94.
  • They organize regional customer events and establish expert panels to present the product portfolio and promote specialist knowledge.
  • You use your region's sales/potential key figures for planning purposes, with the aim of contributing directly to our growth.
  • You will work closely with regional marketing, product management and technical service.
  • You maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • You support your customers in the operating room with your specialist knowledge.
  • Her responsibilities also included regular CRM data maintenance.
  • You will independently create offers and contracts, or templates for contracts, in collaboration with the responsible internal department.
Your profile
  • You have completed a university degree, a commercial apprenticeship or a vocational training (operating room or nursing area).
  • Business administration basics/knowledge are an advantage
  • You have a high affinity for sales and have at least 5 years of sales experience in the field of medical technology (this is a must) or medical consumables
  • You have a good understanding of business management and a strong analytical mindset
  • You are familiar with common software products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A class B driving license and good written and spoken German and English skills are required
  • Resident in the responsible area in southwest Germany (postal code areas 7, 8 and 90 – 94) or open to relocate to this area.
